Features of modified car headlights
★1. Please handle with care when removing the packing box of the modified headlamp lamp assembly, and be sure to protect the mirror surface of the whole lamp to avoid accidental scratches and bumps.
★2. Please turn off the car and turn off the power before installation, and pull up the handbrake of the car to make it in a flat and static state. Please be sure to wear work gloves to operate.
★3. All lines of headlights are strictly prohibited from cutting.
★4. It is strictly forbidden to push, pull or knock the headlights brutally when installing the headlights. Just gently press the corresponding car body card slot of the lamp unit and attach the special screws; after the completion of the locking, confirm whether the screw tightness is reasonable and the lamp unit Is the clearance with the car body uniform?
★5. In case of an external HID ballast, please install it in a well-ventilated place, and not place it next to the engine and high-heat components, so as to avoid high temperature affecting its life.
★6. If the headlamp of the original car is H4 or HB2 bulb, because the rated power is protected by a special fuse, it is necessary to check whether the rated current of the high beam fuse is 15A. If it is lower, please replace this fuse with 15A (each of the left and right lights) Replace one at the same time).
★7. All the wiring harnesses of the headlamp lamp set of our company can be directly plugged into the car body, and no external power supply line is required (except for some headlamps with unlocking welcome function).
★8. When the xenon light source headlamp is started, the ballast will generate a high voltage of 23KV, please do not touch it directly with your hands.
★9. Do not look directly at the light source with naked eyes when the headlamp is working, so as not to stab your eyes.
★10. Before reinstalling the bumper or grille of the original car, please test whether all the functions of the headlights are normal. If you have any questions, please check or contact the technicians of our company, and then reinstall the original car after all the functions are tested. part.
★11. If the low-beam tangent is not straight, please use a Phillips screwdriver to make slight adjustments.
★12. After the installation is complete, if a small amount of fog is found on the inner surface of the lampshade when washing the body, and it can dissipate within 10 minutes, it is a normal phenomenon (the water vapor in the material in the lamp is released to a certain extent, this phenomenon can disappear).
★13. If the user chooses HID bulbs and ballasts by himself, it is strictly forbidden to use the cheap and inferior HID bulbs and ballasts on the market, otherwise it will affect the service life of our lens group and headlight shade.
Installation process of retrofit headlamps
Step 1: Start the engine to check all the functions of the original car's headlights. The functions include parking lights, low beams, high beams, passing lights, turn signals, front fog lights, and fine-tuning motors. After confirming that all functions are normal, proceed to the next step.
Step 2: Drive the car to a relatively open and flat place. If the venue is large enough, it is best to place the car 10 meters away from the wall for easy dimming. After the car is parked, turn off the engine and power supply, tighten the handbrake, and turn on the engine. Cover and fix it, as shown in the figure below.

Step 3: Observe the locking mechanism of the headlight in the car body to determine whether it is necessary to remove the bumper or front grille.
